Cancellation Policy

We want to inform you about our cancellation and session redemption policy for the plan you have booked with us. Please take a moment to review these important details: 1. Cancellation Policy: This plan is designed to provide you with a comprehensive and effective experience over multiple sessions. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or refund this plan until all sessions have been completed. We recommend fully committing to the plan to achieve the best results. 2. Preparing for Your Visit: We suggest scheduling your sessions according to your availability and needs. If for any reason you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule, provided it is within the redemption period. 3. Session Redemption: You have one month from the date of your first session to redeem all sessions included in this plan. After this period, any remaining sessions will expire and cannot be used. 4. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a $20 no-show fee being applied. 5. We also kindly request that you inform us of any medical conditions, bodily injuries, or allergies you may have prior to your appointment.
